Rigpa's Management Teams
Rigpa is currently working towards a new federative and collaborative organisational model across all its entities around the world.
The organisation is currently managed by three bodies:
• the Vision Board
• the Rigpa Boards
• the interim International Coordination Group
We are also working on establishing a faculty of senior instructors and practitioners, as well as involving our members in decision-making.
Rigpa Vision Board
The Vision Board’s role is to safeguard the spiritual integrity of Rigpa, helping ensure all its activities remain true to its spiritual vision, values and culture. We do this by listening closely to the members, working collaboratively with the rest of the organisation, and with the spiritual guidance of the lamas advising Rigpa.
