Khandro Tsering Chödron, perhaps the greatest Tibetan Buddhist woman master of our time, passed away peacefully at Lerab Ling on 30 May 2011.
To create the most favourable circumstances for Sogyal Rinpoche’s health, long life, vision and work, we sponsor many practices at monasteries in India, Nepal and Tibet, as well as here at Lerab Ling. We also free the lives of animals, an ancient Tibetan Buddhist practice that is said to prolong lives. It is said that by sponsoring major practices like these, you will share in the merit of the practice and receive its blessings.
