2010: The 3rd International Forum on Buddhism and Medicine - Meditation and Health: The therapeutic benefits of meditation in modern life

The Third Conference in this series brought together leading international experts who presented the most recent research on the benefits of meditation in a wide range of medical and therapeutic settings, and in everyday life.

Nearly 1000 people attended the forum: doctors, therapists, healthcare professionals, academics, Buddhist practitioners and, of course, the general public.

It was the first major conference to be held at The Institute of Wisdom and Compassion, Lerab Ling, France.
